BoldAge PACE, a national leader in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), proudly announces the appointment of Brian Clem ’04 to its Board of Directors. Clem brings decades of leadership experience in value-based senior care, most notably as former President and COO of Oak Street Health, where he helped scale the organization from seven clinics to more than 230 nationwide.
“PACE meets such an important need,” said Brian Clem. “Older adults want to stay at home, and the PACE model, which includes full medical, free rides, an activities center, and help at home, gives them the tools to do that while also improving quality of life. I’ve spent my career focused on serving complex patient populations, and I believe BoldAge PACE has assembled a dynamic team with a proven track record of making care better. I’m excited to support their mission.”
While at Wabash, Brian majored in economics and double minored in religion and political science. He was a member of Phi Gamma Delta, involved in Moot Court, and Sons of Wabash.
