Steve Golliher ’67 was re-elected as the president of the City of Crawfordsville Redevelopment Commission.  Dr. Robin Pebworth, former director of career services at Wabash, continues as vice president of the commission.  The Redevelopment Commission is a five member board responsible for overseeing the City’s tax increment finance (TIF) districts.  The Commission may also acquire, redevelop, and sell property.  The Redevelopment Commission is the owner of the Crawfordsville Commerce Park and is in the process of developing the park with an Ivy Tech Community College – Crawfordsville campus, on the north side of Crawfordsville just off of I-74 at the St. Rd. 231 exit.

Ivy Tech, Indiana’s largest public postsecondary institution and the nation’s largest singly accredited statewide community college system serving nearly 200,000 students annually, is scheduled for its Crawfordsville ribbon cutting on January 10.  In addition to the many classrooms facilities, a community room may be reserved for use by the community.

Welcome to Crawfordsville, Ivy Tech!
