Christopher Barry, a 2003 Wabash College graduate, is named in 2025 Indiana Super Lawyers for his work as a personal injury and truck wreck attorney.

Chris Barry ’03

This is an honor that only 5% of Indiana’s lawyers receive. As an attorney and partner at Indianapolis law firm Craig, Kelley & Faultless, Chris is able to have a profound impact on the lives of his clients.

He grew up in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he graduated high school in 1999. At Wabash College, he studied political science and graduated magna cum laude in 2003. Chris received his law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2006 and was accepted to the Indiana Bar shortly thereafter.

During law school, Chris clerked at a personal injury firm called Craig, Kelley & Faultless. He expected it to be a summer job. But after working under the three founding partners and experiencing the firm’s collaborative environment, Chris decided to stick around.

Today, he is a partner at Craig, Kelley & Faultless. He helps injured people seek justice against insurance companies and negligent motor carriers. Chris is licensed to practice in Indiana, Missouri and Illinois.

“Throughout my career, I have represented thousands of clients, taken and defended hundreds of depositions, and tried dozens of cases to juries,” Chris said.

From 2012 to 2020, Chris was selected to Indiana Rising Stars. This year, he was recognized on the Indiana Super Lawyers list. To qualify for the list, an attorney must be nominated by another lawyer, researched by Super Lawyers, and evaluated by peers.

Chris is one of 10 attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless, all of whom are 2025 Indiana Super Lawyers or Rising Stars honorees.

Along the way, Chris has been influenced by several mentors. His parents, teachers, professors, coaches, advisors, friends, classmates and wife encouraged him to succeed.

From 2011 to 2016, Chris was named in Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Indiana by National Trial Lawyers. He was named in National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 from 2012 to 2016. Best Lawyers in America listed him in its 2025 edition.
