Gerald Wood ’66, PhD, has been included in Marquis Who’s Who for his expertise in film education. He is a professor emeritus at Carson-Newman University.

Wood developed the film program at Carson-Newman University, wrote four books about screenwriter Horton Foote, and founded a center dedicated to the study of Horton Foote’s work. He has written several other books and screenplays.

While at Wabash, Wood majored in English and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta.
