Nick Pompeo

Nick Pompeo ’07 has joined Barclay Damon’s Commercial Litigation, Torts & Products Liability Defense, and Labor & Employment Practice Areas as an associate. His primary office is Boston.

Pompeo focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including representing businesses and insurance carriers in complex civil litigation, breach of contract litigation, federal civil RICO actions, and the defense of bad-faith and unfair and deceptive business practices disputes, according to a news release. He represents clients in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts, including on appeal in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court.

He also has experience with insurance law, insurance defense, commercial, business, landlord-tenant, and real property litigation matters. 

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Pompeo was an associate at firms in Boston and in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. He also gained experience as a post-graduate fellow with Lawyers Clearinghouse in Boston.

While at Wabash, Pompeo double majored in Latin and English and minored in Greek. He was an independent and member of the baseball team.
