Alejandro Reyna ’17 has recently joined Ascend Services as a consulting analyst.

“We are thrilled to announce Alejandro has joined our team as a consulting analyst,” the company wrote in a LinkedIn post. “Alejandro will play a critical role in closing our state’s talent gaps through developing and delivering comprehensive talent pipeline and strategic plan solutions for our Ascend Services clients.”

Reyna recently completed an Indianapolis Symphonic Choir (ISC) fellowship while pursuing a master’s degree in music at Butler University with a dual focus on choral conducting and voice performance.

The conducting fellowship, a collaborative initiative between the ISC and Butler, provided Reyna with full-tuition and a stipend. As part of the two-year fellowship, he was able to participate in all aspects of the choir’s activities, from staff meetings, auditions and rehearsals, performances, and working with soloists and other conductors.

While at Wabash, Reyna was a music composition major and Spanish minor. He was a member of the Glee Club and jazz ensemble, and involved in multiple theatre productions, including The Glass Menagerie.
