The Fort Wayne law firm of Barrett McNagny LLP has announced that Mark H. Bains was elected Partner effective January 1, 2019. Mark concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use planning, real estate litigations, and construction law.
Following his 2006 graduation from Wabash, Mark earned his J.D. cum laude from IU Maurer School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana. In 2017 and 2018, he was selected as a “Rising Star” by the Indiana Super Lawyers© publication.
