Charlie Bowerman ’61 will be inducted into the Southmont Athletics Hall of Fame in the Legends category on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 at a ceremony to be held at Southmont High School.
Inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 1995, Charlie played 3 years for Alamo High School, and was 3-time MPV at Wabash College, averaging over 20 points per game in all three seasons. Charlie also played three years with the Phillips 66ers AAU team, and was on the 1963 USA team in the World Games.
