Greg Birk ’77 participated in the Nemean Games last week in Greece, where he ran into Dr. Stephen G. Miller ’64. Steve is Professor Emeritus of Classical Archaeology at UC Berkeley, from which he retired after 25 years as the director of the Nemea Excavations. Greg reported: “Dr. Miller is a huge deal in Nimea. There was always a queue of people waiting to talk with him. They have even named a street after him. Some Little Giant!” Click here to read about Nemea and the Games.
