Moore ’12 extends work in Peace Corps

Jake Moore ’12 is currently finishing up his work with the Peace Corps, usually a 2-year term, but he has opted to stay on another year.  Jake will continue his work with a non-profit to aid the people he’s worked with in Cameroon, Africa.  Click here to read a January 2014 web story by Midwest Peace Corps Volunteers – there is a great paragraph where Jake describes how Wabash College prepared him for international service.

Jake attended Southmont High School in Montgomery County before coming to Wabash.  He returned to campus in April 2015 to talk about his work in Cameroon communities teaching agro-forestry techniques and how to improve nutrition and food security.
