Jack Webster, Biological Sciences ProfessorDr. Jackson R. Webster PhD ‘67, Professor of Ecology in the College of Science at Virginia Tech, has been conferred the title of “professor emeritus” by the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.  Click here to read the news release.

Jack joined Virginia Tech in 1975, where he has taught undergrad and graduate biology and ecosystem classes and researched. In 2012, Jack was honored with Virginia Tech’s William E. Wine Award in recognition of his outstanding work in the classroom.
