Apparatus, the Indianapolis information technology solutions company founded by Kelly Pfledderer ‘96 in 1999, is featured in the May/June 2014 Newcomer section of BizVoice, the magazine of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

Apparatus has grown in size to almost 175 employees, with the philosophy that they “want to enable a culture, not create a culture.”  Employees are offered various healthful amenities, including a private social network among its employees, an on-site gymnasium, access to electric-assisted bicycles, access to a free health clinic, and locally sourced lunches catered each Monday – all to help their employees “reboot.”  Apparatus was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana in 2014.
