Stan Huntsman ’54 will be inducted into the Indiana Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches Hall of Fame this weekend in Indianapolis and Terre Haute.  Stan grew up in Crawfordsville, where his father, J. Owen Huntsman H‘71 was track and cross country coach at Wabash for over 20 years.  Stan and his brother, Jerry Huntsman ’52, both played football at Wabash, and all three were inducted into the Wabash College Athletic Hall of Fame.

After Wabash, Stan directed his athletic expertise to coaching track and field at several colleges, and was a U.S. Olympic coach in 1988.  Click here to read full details about Stan’s coaching career.
