Wabash artists open exhibit in Lafayette

Three artists with Wabash College connections will show their work as part of an exhibit opening at the Tippecanoe Arts Federation in Lafayette, IN on November 1.  The Montgomery County Athens of Indiana Arts Gallery artists are part of the “Passions & Pursuits” portion of the exhibit, which will feature watercolor, oil, glass, wood turning, steel/glass sculpture, bronze and photography.

The Wabash College artists are:  Dr. John Zimmerman H’67, chemistry professor emeritus (photography), Dr. Robert Foote, professor of mathematics and computer science (wood turning), and C.J. Charles, wife of Wabash Magazine editor Steve Charles (watercolor).

The reception for the exhibit on November 1 is from 6:00-8:00pm at the Wells Community Cultural Center, 638 North St. in Lafayette, admission is free. The exhibit runs from November 1 – December 6.
