Scott Himsel ’85 honored as Positive Success by JHS

Scott D. Himsel ’85 was honored by Jasper High School at its 27th annual academic awards banquet on April 19.   Scott graduated from JHS in 1981, where he was active in several organizations and a delegate to Hoosier Boys State and American Legion Boys Nation, and Outstanding Senior Boy.

Scott is a partner at the Indianapolis law firm Faegre Baker Daniels where he works with its exempt organization clients, practicing in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as out-of-court mediations and settlement negotiations.  He has been named to the prestigious Indiana Super Lawyer annual list, based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

At Wabash, Scott is more familiarly known as Professor Himsel in the Political Science Department’s pre-law program, and is chairman of the faculty pre-law committee.
