December 31 was Hon. Ted Todd’s last day on the bench after 24 years in Jefferson and Switzerland Counties in Indiana, but he’ll still keep active as a senior judge to fill in during the absences of other judges and may work as a professional mediator. He was an attorney, deputy prosecutor, and public defender in the counties before he was elected to the Fifth Judicial Circuit court.
Ted was an English major and Philosophy minor at Wabash and earned his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in 1964. Click here to read more about Ted’s career.
