D. J. McCallister ’97 is the brew master and Nick Carter ’95 is head chef at the Black Swan Brewpub in Plainfield, IN.  IndyStar’s “On the Plate” column this week rated the Black Swan “Worth It” on a recent visit.  Click here to read the review.  The bar features 16 taps which feature 10-12 house beers, guest beers, and Indiana wines.  Chef Carter focuses the menu on buying local with Indiana ingredients.  Enjoy!
