This past weekend, Wabash College was well represented at the tenth annual Valparaiso Triathlon.

Dr. Pablo Bukata ’92, a pediatrician in Valparaiso, IN spends his “off hours” training and competing in triathlons in northwest Indiana.  He is one of six competitors who have competed in all ten Valparaiso Triathlons since they began.  Pablo competed in college soccer at Wabash, and now uses triathlon training to keep in shape for adult league soccer, too.

Robert Fozkos ’10, a swimmer at Wabash, is back to triathlon competition for the first time in 11 years.  Robert was a swimmer for Chesterton H.S. before swimming at Wabash, and currently coaches the Valpo Masters swim club.  He finished third overall, the top male in the 25-29 range — using a borrowed bicycle!
