The Indianapolis Business Journal announced Monday that Dr. Philip M. Dulberger ’85 has been named CEO of Indiana University Health Quality Partners, a statewide network of more than 2,000 doctors committed to providing clinically integrated care according to evidence-based standards of quality.

Phil has been CEO of the IU Health Saxony hospital in Fishers since it opened late last year. Phil holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and did his medical training at the IU School of Medicine.  He is a board certified anesthesiologist. At Big Bash 2010, he co-presented an on-campus symposium session on “Putting the Doctors in Charge Again: Improving Regional Health Care in the Next Decade,” describing different projects with which he was involved that will help control medical costs while still providing quality care.

Congratulations, Phil!
