Wabash alumnus DJ McCallister, class of 1997, and his wife Erin have opened up a new pub in Plainfield, Indiana. The new pub – The Black Swan Brewpub– will be featuring some good food and beverage, it sounds like to me. The Indy Star mentioned a Poppa Skull, a local brew.
DJ, you may recall, was the head brewer at Lafayette, Indiana’s Lafayette Brewing Company.
So, here’s another opportunity to go out for some pub food and a brew or two, all in the name of supporting a fellow Wally.
