Montgomery County Judge Tom Milligan ’63 is hanging up his black robe after 36 years of service to this community.
Tom’s legacy has really been one of service. He’s not a “pushover” judge, “hanging” judge or anything approaching some other description. He is, as described by a fellow alumnus and judge, a judge’s judge. Key words – Justice Served.
