In concert, it’s the Rabble Rousers, a band from the Chicago area. They’re playing at Frankies Blue Room, a night spot in Napervile, Illinois, to a packed house. The guy playing the keyboard? That’s Wabash’s own Rick Fobes ’72. Rick’s now retired from his “day job” and obviously enjoying retirement.

Many know that Rick serves as the Class Agent for the Class of 1972 and served for many years, rising to president, on the alumni board of the College.

But wait, there’s more.

Despite the packed house, Rick reported that there were some very special people in the crowd – none other than Wabash’s 14th president Andy Ford H’03 and his lovely wife Anne H’06.
