Hugh Vandivier ’91 will call the public eye his home for the next week, starting on September 22.  Hugh will actually be living 24/7 in the plate-glass window of the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library in Indianapolis, during Banned Books Week 2013:  Celebrating the Freedom to Read.

Hugh, who has interviewed Kurt Vonnegut,  will also curate an invitational art show and sale, entitled “Banned Books Re-Covered.” Local artists are creating visual art that reimagines the covers of banned or threatened literature. Proceeds benefit both the artist and the library.  Click here for more details.
