Larry Landis ’67 has been named co-chairman of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners’ Washington Action Program.  “The Washington Action Program serves as NARUC’s heartbeat on the happenings in and throughout the nation’s capital. From its meetings three times per year, the Committee provides a framework for improving the credibility, visibility, and effectiveness of NARUC in Congress, the Executive Branch, the media, and other stakeholder organizations.”

“Larry was appointed Commissioner with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Indianapolis in 2002.  He serves on the NARUC Board of Directors and is State Chair of the Federal-State Joint Conference on Advanced Telecommunications Services. In addition, he has served two three-year terms on the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service.  Larry is also a member of the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.”
