Calvin Pohl ’09 received the Thomas A. Cole Alumni Prize in Biology at the 2015 Awards Chapel in April. The Cole Alumni Prize is presented in memory of Professor of Biology Thomas Cole ’58 and his encouragement of research by Wabash graduates who are involved in further study in the area(s) of biology, environmental science, or medicine.
Cal earned his DVM at Purdue University in 2013. This past April, he joined the Michigan State University PhD program in Comparative Medicine and Integrative Biology (CMIB).
