This summer I had the opportunity to intern with REVelry GTM, a sales accelerator that connects early-stage companies with young sales talent. My role touched on multiple areas—operations, expansion, and branding allowing me to learn firsthand how startups build momentum in competitive markets.
One of the biggest takeaways from this experience was realizing how much I enjoy working at the intersection of logistics and storytelling. On one side, I managed internal systems in Notion and Slack, coordinated office events, and tracked “Gong metrics”. On the other hand, I designed LinkedIn banners, interviewed REVeler’s, and helped build the official website.
Another highlight was the chance to network with professionals and peers across Indiana’s startup ecosystem. From mixers to company site visits, I saw how deeply relationships matter in sales and business development. These experiences gave me perspective into different ecosystems in the small business world in Indiana.
I am incredibly grateful to the REVelry GTM team, and Wabash Career Services for guiding me through my internship process from start to finish. Most importantly, I want to thank the generous donors such as the Wabash Women’s Collective whose support funded this internship. Your investment not only allowed me to explore sales and entrepreneurship in a hands-on way but also helped me take meaningful steps toward my professional goals.
