Biologists and Class of 2012 classmates Patrick Garrett and Peter Guiden returned to campus in September to present the year’s first Cole Lectures.
Garrett a Ph.D. student in the Biology Department at Miami University, spoke on “Poisonwood, Paper Wasps, and the Search for Wild Cinnamon in the Bahamas and Southern Florida.”
Guiden, a teaching assistant in the Zoology Department at the University of Wisconsin, spoke about “Exploring plant-animal interactions in northern Wisconsin.”
