Apple Computer has been running a promotion most of the summer that if you buy a new MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, or Power Mac G5, you can get an iPod Nano free after mail-in rebate, or up to $179 off any other Apple iPod.

To qualify for the rebate, you must purchase a qualifying Macintosh computer and iPod at the same time. For more information, see Apple’s frequently asked questions page.
