I don’t want to mess with Superman’s cape, but here goes. \u00a0Yesterday’s IAWM Mitchum Crock came off beautifully – it might be the best one ever. \u00a0It didn’t hurt that the weather was absolutely beautiful.<\/p>\n

I heard many guys exclaim that the Crock was fantastic.<\/p>\n

The Crock was sponsored by Bob Grand’s firm – Barnes and Thornburg<\/em>. \u00a0The course – Plum Creek<\/em> in Carmel, IN – was in tip-top shape. \u00a0The Crock committee had sponsors Sun King Brewing<\/em> and Sullivan’s Steakhouse <\/em>set up\u00a0strategically to keep the golfers hydrated and fueled.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0 (If that isn’t a true Wabash menu, I don’t know what is). \u00a0For after dinner – which was ribs and and the “fixins” – they had a little Rye Whiskey from my good friend Dave Weglarz ’03 from Still 630<\/em> in St. Louis.<\/p>\n
