On Monday, we kicked off our first annual (we hope!) Summer Tech School. Summer Tech School. Over the next three weeks, IT Services and Lilly Library will offer more than 20 technology classes to Wabash faculty and staff.<\/p>\n
We selected courses based on a campus-wide survey conducted last spring. Topics include photo editing, advanced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, Google Calendar, Datatel user interface, creating a personal web page, backing up your computer, using a classroom projection system, finding books and journal articles, and using online databases. The complete schedule<\/a> is available here.<\/p>\n Macie Rudoff, desktop support analyst, is heading up summer tech school, but putting on the program is a total team effort. In all, eleven staff (including one from the library and one from public affairs) are teaching classes.<\/p>\n If you haven’t signed up for a class but would like to attend, there’s still time to do so.
