Our campus-wide wireless project is nearing completion, with more than half of the wireless network now active. Over 80% of the network will be active when classes start on August 23, and we anticipate the project will be finished by September 7. A building-by-building status update is provided below.
As part of this upgrade, the “WabashWireless” network name will be phased out. Wireless users should now connect to the “WabashCommunity” network.
Connection Assistance
Students with laptops can call the WABnet Help Desk at x6150 (361-6150 from off campus or from a cell phone) for assistance with connecting to the wireless network. Help is available 8am-midnight, 7 days/week. Faculty and staff with College-issued laptops should call or email the IT Services Help Desk (helpdesk@wabash.edu, x6400) for connection assistance.
