Engineers from Berbee Information Networks, with assistance from Wabash student Teye Morton ’08, completed the campus wireless site survey in late May, as expected. We’re now awaiting the results of this survey, which will lay out the installation plan for the new wireless network. We expect to receive that document later this week.
Actual component installation will begin the 3rd week in June, and continue through early August. We still anticipate a completion date of August 10. For those on campus, there may be periods of disruption to the existing wireless network in July; planned outages will be announced via email and the technology web site.
