Online surveys are a great way to quickly gather information an opinion on a variety of topics. IT Services uses online surveys to evaluate our current service and support offerings, get opinion from students and employees on future initiatives, and determine equipment and training needs.
We use SurveyMonkey for our survey tool. It’s completely web-based, offers a good range of questions, has a flexible survey structure, and allows you to easily view summary results and uncover patterns though sophisticated filtering options.
In addition to using SurveyMonkey for our own purposes, we build surveys for student organizations, research projects, and departments across campus. If you would like to conduct a survey, we can load it and make it available through our SurveyMonkey account, at no cost to you.
