Earlier this summer, IT Services commissioned the creation of “Tech Wally.” We’ll use our Wally on a variety of print and online media in an effort to make IT information more visually recognizable.
I’m pleased with the result, which is as much “Rockin’ iPod Wally” as “Tech Wally”. Wally aptly models both the studious and fun sides of technology, rocking with his iPod while perhaps browsing periodical indexes off the library home page (or he could be checking scores on ESPN; it’s probably just as well that we can’t see his screen). In real life, though, I recommend typing with your eyes open!
