This summer, I had the opportunity to work as an SDR for CSA360 For Alumni Tony Unfried ’03. During this process, I also worked with Revelry Cohort 2 this Summer, learning a wide range of skills to use in the workplace. Revelry was led by alumnus Josh Kline ’99. During the 9 weeks of the internship, I built great friendships with my Cohort. I learned a bunch of new AI skills that are constantly evolving, and I challenged myself on the Sales side.
The highlights of my Summer were the outcomes I achieved as an SDR for CSA360. I created $153,000 in Qualified Pipeline this Summer. The Market I was mapped to was corporate campuses and large manufacturing facilities. I created $153,000 in pipeline from 5 different Companies that passed the Demo Stage. I was also tasked with creating an outreach sequence for my specific market segment. Within this sequence, I enrolled over 300 contacts and achieved a 44% email open rate. A Reply Rate of 8.36%, which is just above the average someone would want in their reply rate. As a result, I booked 8 meetings.
This Internship has really been a catalyst for my long-term goal of a career in sales. I was able to learn so many different techniques through the Sandler Training provided through Revelry. Some of my major takeaways were using the pain funnel when talking to a prospect. Doing this allows you to start with surface-level problems, then move to their reasoning, and then the impact you can make for your prospect. Another thing we learned was Pattern Interruptors, Like, \u201cMy name probably doesn\u2019t ring a bell.\u201d This disarms the reflex to hang up and makes the prospect sit for a second and think about how to respond.
Overall, this summer was a major success; learning a bunch of new things in such a short time is something I am truly grateful for. I want to thank the CIBE program for the opportunity to work for CSA360 and learn new concepts from Reverly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
