This summer I had an incredible opportunity to work as a social media specialist at the Stephenson Institute at Wabash College and at the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER, Massachusetts). It was truly an amazing experience. We traveled to more than five states, attending summer seminars and conferences, and I had the chance to run pages on social networks covering more than 400 students. In addition to this, I was part of the economic research team in Massachusetts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this time, I learned a lot: time management, teamwork that will stay with me for life, the subtleties of travel and flights, as well as professionalism and accuracy in the field of
economics and classical liberalism. I had the opportunity to meet with entrepreneurs, successful businessmen from Silicon Valley and invited speakers from prestigious universities. This is an unforgettable experience and a lot of vivid memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the main conclusions for me is that accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when it comes to academic and professional research in the field of economics. One piece of advice from one of our guest speakers that really stuck with me was: “Real professionalism lies not only in the speed of work, but also in the ability to convey complex ideas simply and
clearly to everyone.” With the permission of the management, I share this idea, which completely changed my approach to content and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n

This project fit perfectly into my long-term goals and helped me develop key strategic thinking and analysis skills. Many thanks to Violet Benge, Daniel D’Amico and Nickolas Roberson for this opportunity and lessons for life.
