I really enjoyed the trip to Chicago to meet with many alumni in different parts of the business world. They had great advice as to where a Wabash degree can take you in the business world. My favorite speaker was Chad Cleaver he had great wisdom on getting different roles in finance and how to choose the right career path for you. I really appreciated everyone&#8217;s time in Chicago it made it a really great trip. Another great part of this trip was the opportunity to go to Notre Dame. At Notre Dame we got a tour of the beautiful campus and learned about the historic campus. After that we got the opportunity to pitch our app to the leaders of the ESTEEM and get their feedback on our work. This was a great chance to get feedback from high-ranking professionals in the entrepreneur space. We also had the great opportunity to learn about consulting from Ron Dostal. This was a field that I did not have much knowledge of coming into it but really enjoyed it. It was great to have hands on exposure to these real cases that people are trying to solve. Ron has so much knowledge and was very eager to teach us and show us what consulting is all about. The overall experience during these past 5 weeks has been amazing you get to see so many parts of business. For someone like me who did not know what field in business they wanted to work in, this was a great learning experience. I would highly recommend this internship to an incoming freshman who is interested in the business world.
