{"id":4596,"date":"2019-01-03T21:58:03","date_gmt":"2019-01-03T21:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.wabash.edu\/magazine\/?p=4596"},"modified":"2023-05-24T17:56:13","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T17:56:13","slug":"be-conscious-of-the-time-you-have","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.wabash.edu\/magazine\/2019\/01\/03\/be-conscious-of-the-time-you-have\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Be Conscious of the Time You Have&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TIME.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s what Kyle Warbinton \u201920 wanted more of with his Sphinx Club brother Evan Hansen \u201919.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s what the 102nd Student body president and member of the golf team named his Chapel Talk after realizing that he didn\u2019t manage said time very well.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also what he&#8217;s trying to make the most of at Wabash while encouraging others to do the same:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst, make the most of your time with the people you surround yourself with at the College and cultivate those relationships, because you never know when they may leave you.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecond, appreciate time in the sense of history\u2014the storied traditions and the history of the College\u2014including, but not limited to, the Bell Game and Chapel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd finally, be conscious of the time you have at the College to grow and establish yourself and learn from the leaders here that you wish to become.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven in the most challenging of times, Wabash Always Fights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014Christina Egbert<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TIME.
