Austin, in turn, has chosen Cary Riggs as his STAR teacher.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomas.k12.ga.us\/1\/News\/11042#sthash.PzGzQ70t.dpbs\">Click here<\/a> for the news release.<\/p>\n<p>This is Cary\u2019s second time and second consecutive year being named TCCHS STAR Teacher.
