Jeffrey W. Ferrand \u201900<\/strong> is now associate attorney at Leeuw Oberlies & Campbell PC<\/a> in Indianapolis, where Jeff Oberlies ’83<\/strong> is a founding partner of the firm.\u00a0 Jeff Ferrand currently practices in all areas of civil defense, but focuses on litigating disputes relating to insurance coverage, insurance fraud, arson, and bad faith.<\/p>\n

On November 14, Jeff presented a seminar discussing “Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Claims” at the 2013 National Business Institute\u2019s Insurance Coverage Litigation in Indianapolis.<\/p>\n

\n<\/em>Jeff received the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award<\/strong> and the Dennis Nebergall Award<\/strong> at the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) conference on November 17.\u00a0 The awards are presented for “outstanding achievement in the fight against fraudulent insurance claims.”<\/p>\n
