From its meetings three times per year, the Committee provides a framework for improving the credibility, visibility, and effectiveness of NARUC in Congress, the Executive Branch, the media, and other stakeholder organizations.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Larry\u00a0was appointed\u00a0Commissioner with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Indianapolis in 2002.\u00a0 He serves on the NARUC Board of Directors and is State Chair of the Federal-State Joint Conference on Advanced Telecommunications Services.
