Alan and his wife Gail visited Jim and Bivina Twomey not long ago. Jim and his wife run a Bed and Breakfast in Costa Rica &#8211; they moved there a couple of years ago from the State of Washington. Talk about climate change!<\/p>\n<p>Jim points out in his email that the banner that Al presented to him hangs proudly in their home.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re headed towards Costa Rica, make sure you let the Twomey&#8217;s know you&#8217;re coming.
