Dulberger \u201985<\/strong> has been named <strong>CEO of Indiana University Health Quality Partners<\/strong>, a statewide network of more than 2,000 doctors committed to providing clinically integrated care according to evidence-based standards of quality.<\/p>\n<p>Phil has been CEO of the IU Health Saxony hospital in Fishers since it opened late last year. Phil holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from Wabash College and did his medical training at the IU School of Medicine.\u00a0 He is\u00a0a board certified anesthesiologist.
