COSA is an international network of attorneys representing K-12 public school districts.\u00a0 Seamus will serve two year term on the board, which oversees COSA\u2019s continuing legal education programming for its 3,000 members across the United States and Canada.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a school law attorney, this is a tremendous opportunity because the Council is deeply involved in understanding the extent of the K-12 public school educational agenda,\u201d Seamus says. \u201cIt helps set priorities and determines what initiatives need to be front and center when it comes to discussions on the federal level.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In 2011, the <em>Indianapolis Star <\/em>published an article about Seamus and distinguished him as a \u201cRising Star\u201d for his work as an education lawyer. In addition, the Indianapolis Business Journal\u2019s <em>Indiana Lawyer <\/em>identified\u00a0him as an \u201cUp &amp; Coming Lawyer\u201d for the State.
