How he finds time to put 26 hours of work into a 24 hour day is well beyond my feeble ability to comprehend.<\/p>\n<p>Brent has received <strong>three national writing awards<\/strong> for a piece he wrote for Wabash Magazine on <strong>Rob Tomey&#8217;s courageous fight against cancer<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll recall that &#8220;54 Steps&#8221; paid tribute to Tomey, a faithful volunteer at Wabash football games.<\/p>\n<p>In a national contest sponsored by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), that story was named the<strong> Best National Feature, Best Feature in the District, and placed second nationally in all categories of writing by members of CoSIDA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We know how very good Brent is and how fortunate Wabash is to have him.
