McCallister &#8217;97 <\/strong>is co-owner (with his wife, Erin) and brew master of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackswanbrewpub.com\/\">Black Swan Brewpub<\/a> in Plainfield, IN, which celebrated its first year anniversary in October.\u00a0 Since last year, the Black Swan has opened its on-site brewery and now serves its own brewed beer.\u00a0 <strong>Nick Carter &#8217;95<\/strong>, Kappa Sig fraternity brother, is the executive chef with\u00a0creative food ideas, such as Black Swan Fries (you choose\u00a0your own toss and a dip).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This week the Black Swan is featured in the <em>Indianapolis Business Journal&#8217;s<\/em> video feature <em>\u201cInside Dish: The Business of Running Restaurants.\u201d\u00a0 <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibj.com\/inside-dish-black-swan-brewpub\/PARAMS\/article\/30787\">Click here<\/a> to read the full story and listen to D.
