Fisher, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insideindianabusiness.com\/articles\/long-time-solicitor-general-leaving-for-private-sector-job\">is leaving <\/a>the Office of the Attorney General to take a job in the private sector. He is joining EdChoice, a nonpartisan group that advocates for school choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has twice received the National Association of Attorneys General Best Brief Award for excellence in U.S. Supreme Court brief writing. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While at Wabash, he majored in political science and was a member of Kappa Sigma.
