He has extensive experience in lending, capital markets, distressed assets, and commercial real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to his standard representations,&nbsp;Fleming also brings his operating and practical experience to bear on behalf of creditors by acting as a receiver from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fleming attended Wabash College for his undergraduate studies and earned his J.D. with honors at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
