With offices throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, Murtha Cullina LLP offers a full range of legal services to meet the local, regional and national needs of clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horne is a member of the firm\u2019s Litigation Department and Bankruptcy and Creditors\u2019 Rights Group, according to a news release. In his bankruptcy and restructuring practice, Horne represents businesses, lenders, creditors, trustees and individuals in all aspects of the bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy restructuring and workout process. In his litigation practice, he represents clients in a wide range of complex business cases, including director and officer liability claims, fraudulent transfer litigation and other complex commercial disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2019 to 2021, Horne was been listed as an &#8220;Associate to Watch&#8221; in the area of Bankruptcy\/Restructuring law by Chambers USA. He has also been recognized as a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers since 2016.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horne received his J.D. from St. John&#8217;s University School of Law and his B.A. from Wabash College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While at Wabash, he majored in economics and minored in psychology.
