Are you kidding me? A kid from a trailer park west of Detroit is in Spain all of a sudden?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That was a life-changing meal for Kinney, and led to the debut of his Fishers Test Kitchen walk-up, Gordito\u2019s Rust Belt Tacos &amp; Tortas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinney talked more about his passion for food, and his new restaurant in a feature published recently in Indianapolis Monthly. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianapolismonthly.com\/food-and-drinks\/the-big-dipper-at-gorditos-rust-belt-tacos-tortas\">Read the full story here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While at Wabash, Kinney double majored in psychology and Spanish.
